Coffee process: transfer, silo and pouch dosing

This major roaster in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes asked us for new coffee transfer into a storage silo and automatic feed to a pouch filler.
We developed multi-function hoppers to weigh about 100 kg of coffee, mounted on battery-powered autonomous weighing so operators can pick and dose product in different places without a power hook-up. Vacuum pneumatic conveyors feed two pouch fillers of various formats, with pipework and discharge-point selection.
