Unloading, transfer and dosing in food processing

For this food customer in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes we delivered a complete transfer and dosing process for powders such as cocoa, sugar or milk.

Big bags are emptied on stations designed for the products, with flow aids, lump breakers and an inflatable seal. The structures sit on load cells with continuous dosing. Selected powders are then transferred by pneumatic conveyors to the customer’s equipment, to the required accuracy.
